Why do some fish taste fishy and others do not?

That sounds kind of strange! I would guess it has to do with the fat content
of the fish (amount of oil in it). Dolphins prefer fish with higher fat
content. Kind of like people preferring ice cream over sherbet. Fat is
tasty.
