    No. Baleen is found only in whale species in the suborder Mysticeti.
    The most primitive mysticetes from the early Oligocene (38 million
    years ago) did not always have baleen.

    Whales in the suborder Odontoceti do not have baleen. Rather, they have
    teeth.
