Dear Janine,
Whales do not blow water from their lungs. Any water may be from residual
water on the blowhole or water droplets that condense from warm air hitting
cold air. Once again whales do not emit water from the blowhole.

Tom,
Why do whales blow water out of the hole on the top of their heads? If
you could get back to me as quick as possible that would be great, thanks so
much and look foward from hearing from you.
