The general genetic information about fin whales can be found in the
following articles by Arnason and his colleagues:

1991. Journal of Molecular Evolution 33(6):556-568.
1993. (idem) 37(4):312-
1993. Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 21(1):115-122.

I would suggest to contact Dr. Arnason at the address in his articles
for more detailed information.

Regarding harbor porpoises in the Mediterranean, they have been
occasional visitors of the Spanish and SW French coasts as well as North
Africa from the Straight of Gibraltar to Tunisia. There is a population
in the Black Sea not known to visit Mediterranean waters. I would
suggest to contact some specialist on cetaceans of the Mediterranean who
probably has a more detailed account on the distribution of this species
there.
