In answer to your question, I will assume that you want to know about the
smallest and largest BALEEN whales, not including dolphins, porpoises, or
toothed whales, ok?  

There are 11 types of baleen whales.  Of these, the smallest  is probably
the pygmy right whale, which may only grow to be 20 feet long.  BUT, since
the pygmy right whale has rarely been seen, very very little is known about
it, and it may be larger than that.
The smallest of the well known whales is the minke whale, which grows to be
about 35 feet.  The largest baleen whale is definitely the blue whale,
which is also the largest animal to live on earth!
