Sorry to take so long to answer your question, I was enjoying
Christmas with my family. There is unpublished data that suggests
that sperm whales may live for 65-70 years. It might make you feel a
little better to know that there is a world-wide agreement
(moratorium) to not kill sperm whales, since they are so endangered.
