After looking into the matter, I could not find any source on the heart
rate of the blue whale.  However, I would be susprised if it were any
different from any other baleen whale.  Size is not the only consideration.
 The whole circulatory system, including the blood, among these animals is
the result of adaptations to their way of life, particularly deep diving.
