Dear Al:

April is the start up of whale watching in the Boston area. If your lucky,
the whales you might see at this time include humpback whales, fin whales,
minkes and right whales--though for right whales, boat operators are
required to stay at least half a mile away.

The New England Aquarium runs tours in April. For reservations call
617-973-5206.

Enjoy,

Joe
