Hello...this sounds like a wonderful project.  I have spent several days 
looking for references for you.  However, the most practical answer for you, 
given that you have asked about sperm whales world-wide, and not about a 
specific group, is to use books in your school and town library.  These 
sources will supply you with maps and global migration paths.  You might also 
try Yahoo and Netscape, go to science and then narrow down your search from 
there.
