     Hi there.  Since this is a website for marine mammals, I'm a marine 
     mammal biologist, and not a physiologist, I'm afraid I won't be able 
     to answer your question regarding camel milk.  I think you'll need to 
     find a reference that talks about milk in general and look for the 
     protein in milk.  I'd suggest going to your library and looking up the 
     information in an encyclopedia for a start.
