What kind of baby whale do you mean? There are two types of whales - toothed 
whales and baleen whales. The life of a baby whale is different for these 
different types of whales.  I would recommend that you first take a look 
thru the WhaleNet page and all of the links to see if you can find the 
answer to your question, or to at least narrow it down to which whale 
species you're interested in. Then I could be or more assistance to you.
