Hi:
You asked how to become a marine biologist and how many years of college do
you need. Well, if you really want to do this you will need to study
biology in middle and high school, then go on to college and study biology
(or zoology, or something similar) there. But you'll also have to go on to
graduate school! So probably at least 6 years of college to get a Masters
degree, and more if you want to do a PhD (but don't worry - doing all this
is actually fun a lot of the time!)
When you're older see if you can volunteer at some local place that deals
with animals (dolphins if there are any near you, or anything else). That
always helps also.

Good luck!
