Hi:
A male whale's penis is called a penis, nothing else.  If your neighbor
thinks it's something else, he may be confusing it with the name for a
penis bone, which is found in some other marine mammals species (e.g.
walrus).  But this isn't the case in whales and dolphins.
Bonus trivia: the largest penis in the whale world - indeed, the animal
kingdom - is not the blue whale's, as one might think (since blues are the
largest whales), but rather the right whale's, which averages 230 cm in
adults.  But then this is a whale that has testes which weigh one ton!
