Hi: Yep, that's an original question alright! The answer is no (speaking as one who has been sprayed many times). There is nothing in the whale's blow that could stain clothing - the blow is exhaled gases (i.e. carbon dioxide etc) and (mostly) water atomized by the great pressure of air coming out of the blowholes.
