I suggest you try the site for The Marine Mammal Center at 
http://www.tmmc.org  They were involved with both of Humphrey's strandings 
and I think they have stuff on the site about him.  To the best of my 
knowledge, Humphrey has not been sited since 1995 or 6 when he was sighted 
off Hawaii.  The pictures I've seen and the reports of the vet who worked 
with him strongly suggest that he had had a stroke before or during the 
second stranding.  I suspect Humphrey is no longer with us.
