I did work with Patrick on the LFA project - he is a good friend!  Small
world.  Since you are in Seattle, I would suggest contacting Kristin Laidre
at the National Marine Mammal Laboratory (Kristin.Laidre@noaa.gov).  She is
another friend of mine that does a lot of GIS work and may be able to help
you out.  I will cc her on this email.
