I am the editor of the quarterly newsletter "Whales Alive!", published by
Cetacean Society International, which is an all-volunteer nonprofit
organization based in Connecticut, USA. I think MARMAM readers might be
interested in the latest issue, which has a feature article about captivity,
plus articles about the upcoming meeting of the International Whaling
Commission, and the expansion of whalewatching worldwide. It's a bit large
to post (40K bytes, 648 lines), but I will e-mail a copy to anyone who would
like to see it. Please send your request to me at: 73577.310@compuserve.com
(If I get many requests for it, I might decide to post it!)
Thanks.
