I'm sure there must be several programs, but one of them I have heard of, a
two-week program, is at the New England Science Center in Worcester,
Massachusetts.  They are a museum and wildlife center and have very good
summer camp programs for kids of all ages.  Their website is:

You might check the New England Aquarium in Boston, too. I'm sure they have
several marine programs for children.
