The best location is the first location. Because of the way the locations
are calculated, the second location is usually (but not always) wrong. The
location code indicates the accuracy of the location. They are ranked
3,2,1,a,b,0,and Z. The best is 3 accurate to 150 meters Z is "no
location"... "A" and "B" locations are usually what we get.
