Subject: Data seal Casino locations 6/27/98

Just to catch up for the past few days. Here are the locations since last
Friday. Let me know if there are any gaps and I will send a complete set.
Now the strange news... Just when I go and turn my back things start to
happen. The most recent locations put "Casino" on the coast of Nova
Scotia just north of Halifax. Although he had been staying ten or more
miles off shore, early last week he began to move up the south east side of
Nova Scotia. On Wednsday he was just outside Halifax harbor and as of
roughly three AM today was roughly ten miles up the coast. More
interestingly is that for the first time since release he appears to be
hauled out. The last data messages we received this morning were sent
while he was hauled out. We shall see what comes in over the weekend,
however we should get a better location in the next day or so. I will let
you know what we get over the weekend monday.
