Subject: location data seal "PoeGo"

Mike et al,

Location data since the last message (9/21)  sorry for the gap.  For two
days this week we either received no message at all or data only (no
location).  For the past two days we have gotten more location data.  It
seems, however, that just when I think I know what "PoeGo" is doing, he
does something different. (Perhaps we should have named him "IdunNo")
Earlier this week it looked like he had finally gotten through the Strait
of Belle Isle.  The latest positions, however, show that he has turned
around and is now back at the mid point of the strait (roughly where he was
a week ago).  This is relatively shallow water and his diving behavior
reflects this.  Oh well, hopefully we will see where he goes next week.
