There are two logs - sightings data and environment data collected at a similar time. The environment log will give a good idea of the boats track and sightings can be plotted along that route.
Be warned however that these files are quite big (up to 90K) and so may take a long time to download!

When are most animals seen?
Are there any patterns linking environmental factors such as temperature or water depth with sightings of any one species?
What can be said about the groups in which the whales and dolphins are seen?
