REPORT:

15:23 EST - A whale watch vessel out of Bar harbor, ME reported sighting two right whales this afternoon.

17:10 EST - A right whale has been reported entangled off Barnstable, MA this afternoon. The Center for Coastal Studies has been called to respond. It is not known at this time if the whale is the same whale that was disentangled in provincetown Harbor on Saturday.

21:08 EST - The marine mammal observer aboard the ferry between Bar Harbor, ME and Yarmouth, Nove Scotia reported a right whale sighting this evening.

CONCENTRATIONS OF ENDANGERED NORTHERN RIGHT WHALES ARE KNOWN TO BE PRESENT IN CAPE COD BAY. SIGHTINGS HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY THE FOLLOWING COORDINATES:
